The problem

Mobile home park owner getting ~10 rental inquiries per week, but ~80% are unfit (over fire-marshal occupancy, large pets, income below $3k, short job tenure). Joe was burning hours every week on calls that couldn't possibly close.

What Forge built

"Jake," a north-Georgia-friendly qualification agent. Conversationally weaves six qualification questions into an inbound call, scores the caller as QUALIFIED, MAYBE, or UNQUALIFIED, then warmly closes everyone the same way. Joe sees the tier in his dashboard. He only follows up on real prospects.

The problem

An owner-operated CCTV installer had his original domain hijacked. He needed a clean, lead-generating site spanning 12 northwest Georgia counties, fast, with a tactical aesthetic that matched his brand.

What Forge built

A static lead-gen site shipped same-day to GitHub Pages, with county-level service area pages, a contact form, schema markup, and a delivery path that does not require dad to touch the tech. Replaceable later with a Hostinger / custom-domain deployment when he reclaims his old domain.

Built to be auditable.

Enterprise procurement asks the same questions every time. Here are the honest answers, including what we have done, what is in flight, and what we have not built yet.

Tenant isolation. Every customer has a Firestore-scoped portal, a dedicated phone number, and (Pro+) a dedicated Forge Desk workspace.
Auth. Firebase magic-link sign-in, rate-limited 5/email/hr + 20/IP/hr. No shared backdoor codes anywhere on the platform.
Secrets. No service-account JSON in git. All keys in Functions config or .env.shared (gitignored). Pre-commit secret scan on every push.
Spam + abuse. Pattern + honeypot + time-trap on every public form; Cloudflare edge IP block on confirmed spam. ~30 historic bot rows already cleaned.
Soft delete. Owner deletes are hidden:true with hiddenBy audit. No destructive deletes from the dashboard.
SOC 2. Not certified yet. Drata / Vanta engagement is on the Q2 roadmap. Available on request: data-handling description, sub-processor list, DPA template.
Email. Resend primary, SendGrid fallback. SPF + DKIM passing. Branded shell on every transactional message.
Status + uptime. Forge Shield runs uptime probes on customer assets. Public status page is on the Q2 roadmap.
