This project was built pro bono as a community contribution. The studio owner provides dance lessons in exchange -- a reminder that great partnerships don't always start with a contract.
Dancers' Workshop of Calhoun is a cornerstone of the local arts community, but their online presence didn't reflect the energy and professionalism of the studio. They needed a modern, polished site that parents could browse for class schedules, prospective students could explore to learn about the faculty, and the community could visit for upcoming events.
We designed a single-page experience that mirrors the fluidity of dance. The white, black, and blue theme keeps things clean and professional while the scroll-triggered animations add life to every section as visitors move through the page.
A tabbed class schedule makes it easy for parents to find exactly what they need, the faculty section introduces the instructors with personality, and the events section keeps the community informed about recitals and performances.
Every section animates into view as visitors scroll, creating a dynamic, engaging experience that keeps people exploring.
Clean tabbed interface lets parents quickly find class times by day, age group, or dance style without page reloads.
Instructor profiles with photos and bios build trust and let families get to know the teachers before enrolling.
Upcoming events section and integrated contact form make it easy for the community to stay connected with the studio.
Dancers' Workshop now has a professional online presence that matches the quality of instruction happening inside the studio. Parents can easily find class schedules, the community can discover events, and prospective students get a polished first impression that reflects the dedication the studio puts into every class.
The responsive design means it looks just as good on a phone in the pickup line as it does on a desktop at home -- which is exactly how most dance parents browse.
