Forge focuses primarily on Forge Voice for home repair shops.
Forge Dispatch is a separate Forge product that remains available for existing customers. New inquiries here route to /contact.html.
Your past customers are your next revenue.
An AI agent that dials out. Calls past customers to request Google reviews. Reminds upcoming appointments. Re-engages leads that went cold. Follows up on no-shows. All in a hyper-realistic AI voice that callers stay on the line for.
Most shops sit on a goldmine of past customers and never call them.
Service businesses pour most of their marketing budget into chasing brand new leads while the customers who already paid them once sit untouched in a CRM export. Review request emails get buried. Text reminders get ignored or silenced. A no-show slot becomes a quiet loss on the schedule. The truth every owner already suspects is that a real human voice on the phone recovers many times more revenue than another templated email, yet nobody has the time or payroll to make those calls. Forge Dispatch is the staff member who does only that, every hour of every business day, across your whole customer list, without a base salary.
From customer list to revenue recovered in four steps.
No new hires, no dialer training, no scripts to memorize. You upload the list, we run the campaign.

Everything a dialer room does. Without the dialer room.
Natural-sounding agent
No robotic telemarketer cadence. The voice handles pauses, interruptions, and objections with natural cadence and timing. Engineered to sound human, not robotic -- because the moment a bot sounds like a bot, they hang up.
Smart scheduling
Calls go out during daytime local hours in each customer's timezone, not yours. Do-not-call lists are checked on every dial. Retries space out intelligently so you never look like a harassing caller.
Voicemail handling
If nobody picks up, the agent leaves a branded voicemail with your business name and a callback number, then logs the attempt. Missed calls turn into returned calls instead of dead air.
CRM integration
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce out of the box. Custom webhook support for anything else. Call results write back to the customer record automatically.
Review gating
Happy customers get a direct Google review link texted to their phone the moment the call ends. Unhappy customers get routed to a private feedback form instead. Your public rating only climbs.
Compliance built in
Calling windows honor TCPA quiet hours. Opt-out requests are captured and never re-dialed. Every call is recorded with consent, stored securely, and exportable for your own audit trail.
Built for the businesses with a customer list and no time to call it.
Request campaigns after every job
When a job is marked complete in your CRM, Dispatch calls the customer within 24 hours, asks how it went, and sends a Google review link if the answer is positive.
Next-day appointment confirmations
Every evening Dispatch pulls tomorrow's schedule, calls each customer, confirms the window, and reschedules anyone who cannot make it before the tech is already rolling.
Follow-up within the hour
When a customer misses their slot, Dispatch calls inside 60 minutes to find out what happened and rebook them before they forget you exist. A saved no-show is a saved job.
Quarterly dormant customer outreach
Every 90 days, Dispatch calls customers who have not booked in a year, checks in by name, and offers a seasonal service. Cold lists become warm pipeline again.
Gentle overdue invoice reminders
A calm, polite voice nudging a past due balance with a payment link sent over SMS recovers significantly more than another collection letter sitting unopened on the counter.
30-day post-install check-in
A month after a big install, Dispatch calls to ask how the system is holding up, catches any issues before they become warranty claims, and flags upsell opportunities to your team.

What owners ask first.
How does this comply with TCPA and DNC rules?
Every dial is checked against national and internal do-not-call lists before it goes out. Calls only run inside TCPA-safe local hours based on the customer's area code and state rules. Opt-outs are captured live during the call and written back to your CRM so the number is never dialed again. Every call is recorded with consent for your own audit trail.
Can the caller tell it is an AI?
Not in the first 30 seconds, which is when the handoff or action usually happens. The voice handles natural pauses, interruptions, and objections without the stiff cadence of a typical phone bot. If a customer asks directly whether they are speaking with a person, the agent is configured to answer honestly and continue the conversation, because deception breaks trust and violates policy in most jurisdictions.
What happens if someone asks for a human?
The agent offers to transfer live to a number you designate, text the customer a callback link, or schedule a callback at a time they pick. You choose the behavior per campaign. Handoffs are logged in the dashboard with the call transcript attached so your team has full context before they pick up.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
Out of the box we support Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce. For anything else we have a custom webhook integration that pushes call outcomes into any system that accepts JSON. A typical integration takes a couple of hours and is included in the Pro and Agency tiers.
Can I use my own business phone number for caller ID?
Yes. We verify ownership of your business line and register it as the outbound caller ID so customers see your name and number on their screen. For brands that want to separate outbound campaigns from their main line, we can also provision a dedicated branded number in your local area code.
What is your stance on robocall laws?
Forge Dispatch is built as an outbound agent for relationship maintenance with existing customers and qualified leads, not as a mass robocaller. We do not run untargeted cold lists, do not spoof caller IDs, and do not support political or debt-buyer use cases. Compliance is in the dialing engine itself, not a checkbox on the intake form.
How fast can we launch a campaign?
Most Starter campaigns are live inside 48 hours of intake. Pro campaigns with custom scripts or a new CRM integration typically launch within a week. Agency multi-client rollouts run in parallel, with the first client campaign usually live inside 10 days while additional clients onboard behind it.
Your customer list is already paid for. Now call it.
One upload, one campaign, and the first call goes out this week. Stop leaving reviews, reminders, and reactivations on the table.
