7 days free, then $297 a month. Card required. Cancel anytime.
We charge $897 when your 7 days end, then monthly, unless you cancel.
Each call counts as at least 1 minute. We round each call up to the next full minute. No per-caller or per-transfer fees. You pay your plan price plus any minutes past your plan.
If a caller asks, the agent says it is an AI assistant for your business. We never tell it to pretend to be a person.
Can it book appointments?
It takes appointment requests: the job, the address and the time the caller wants. Your team then confirms the time with the customer. Booking straight into a calendar can be set up on request.
Can it speak other languages?
Yes. Your agent answers in English and Spanish, and switches to your caller’s language on its own. We are adding more languages.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. They include up to 100 minutes of answered calls. If your trial goes past 100 minutes, we keep answering and never bill you for those minutes. You add a card to start. We do not charge it during the trial. When the trial ends, we charge your plan’s monthly price, then on that date every month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel online in your account, or email billing@forgedev.studio. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. After that, your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Forward your main line to the agent when you are busy or closed, or answer on a new number from us. Your callers do not have to learn anything new.
