AI receptionist · Electrical

An AI receptionist for electricians that answers when half the house goes dark.

Forward your line while you are in a panel or up a ladder. Your agent takes down what stopped working, flags the calls you mark urgent, and sends you the caller's name, address and problem with a recording, so you call back knowing the job. From $297 a month.

You will talk with an AI assistant. We record and transcribe the conversation.

When the calls come

A day of calls on an electrical line.

Electrical calls come when people are home to notice: a breaker that trips when the oven and the space heater run together, outlets dead after a storm, lights that flicker at night. Some need you now. Many are quote requests for a charger, a panel or new lighting that callers think about in the evening.

Example calls, by the hour they come in Calhoun, GA

An example day with the shop open from 7 AM to 6 PM. 5 example calls are marked by the hour they come in; they are listed below.

  1. 6:20 AM Homeowner

“Half the kitchen outlets quit this morning.”

Takes which rooms are out and flags it if it meets your rule.

  2. 11:30 AM Homeowner

“Do you install chargers for electric cars?”

Answers from your service list and takes a quote request.

  3. 6:45 PM Homeowner

“The breaker trips every time we cook.”

Notes what trips and when, with no advice on resetting it.

  4. 8:30 PM Shop owner

“Part of my shop just lost power.”

Puts them through to your on-call cell, if you set that up.

  5. 10:15 PM Homeowner

“A line is down in my yard after the storm.”

Tells them to stay away from it and call 911 or the power company.

Examples of the calls this trade gets, not real calls. Hours shown are an example. Lime is when Forge answers; calls in open hours reach it when you forward your line while you are busy.

Straight answers

What it does for electrical contractors, and what it will not do.

Your agent can

  • Answer while you are in a panel, up a ladder or driving between jobs
  • Ask whether anything smelled hot or sparked, in the order you choose
  • Tell callers your service call fee, if it is on the price sheet you give us
  • Take charger, panel and lighting quote requests for your team to confirm
  • Put urgent callers through to your cell, set up on request

Your agent will not

  • Tell a caller how to reset a breaker or open a panel
  • Say an outlet, circuit or panel is safe
  • Judge whether a panel can take a charger, or what a permit needs
  • Confirm an arrival time. It takes the request and your team confirms it

Questions

Questions electrical contractors ask first.

Will it tell someone how to fix a tripping breaker?

No. It writes down what the caller says, what trips and when, and follows the questions we wrote with you. It never tells a caller to reset a breaker, open a panel or keep using a circuit. If the call meets your urgent rule, it flags it, or with live transfer set up, puts it through to you.

Can it take EV charger and panel quote calls?

Yes. It asks where the charger or panel would go and what the caller has now, then takes a quote request for you. It does not judge panel capacity or quote the job unless you give us prices to use.

Does it send jobs to Jobber?

Jobber sync, set up by our team on request. GoHighLevel and ServiceTitan sync are not available today. Jobber sync comes with the Scale plan. Either way, every call is recorded, and a written summary with the caller's name, number and job can go to your inbox, set up on request.

Calhoun, Georgia

Day or night, the line is covered.

Your agent takes the caller's name, number and what they need, notes an appointment request for your team to confirm, and sends you the call with a recording.
