If an off-the-shelf product already does the job, we will tell you to buy it. Custom work earns its keep when the process is the business: a scheduling rule nobody else has, a pricing model your industry’s software does not support, or a workflow that lives in three spreadsheets and one person’s memory.
There is no sticker price. After a discovery call we send a fixed-scope proposal with a deliverable list and a fixed number, so you know the cost before any code is written. If the first thing we deliver does not do what the signed proposal says, tell us within 30 days. We fix it at no charge.
We do not bill by the hour. If the scope changes during the build, the change is a new line item you approve in writing before we start on it. Ongoing maintenance is quoted as a monthly retainer.
It depends on scope, and we give you an honest range. A single integration is usually one to three weeks. A web app or customer portal reaching a usable first release is typically three to eight weeks. An Android app shipped to the store runs four to ten weeks, including store review.
The biggest schedule risk is rarely the engineering. It is waiting on a decision, a password or an account someone has to create, so we ask for all three on the first call.
Usually. We have done integration work with Jobber and Stripe, and we can work against any system with a documented REST or webhook API: read from it, write to it, and keep records in step so nobody types the same thing twice.
We build connectors to expect outages. When the other system is down, the customer’s action still completes and the record waits in a queue, with a log a person can read.

Yes. We are based in Calhoun, Georgia and work with clients in other states. Work is remote by default, with on-site working sessions in Northwest Georgia on request.
The work product named in your signed proposal is assigned to you once it is paid for, including source code, repositories and store listings. We keep our general tools and reusable components, and you get a lasting license to them as they are built into your software. The details are in section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Often. We start with a paid code and infrastructure review, so nobody has to guess. You get a written assessment of what can be kept, what needs rework and what it costs, and that document is yours to take elsewhere if you decide not to continue with us.
Web work runs on JavaScript and TypeScript with Node, on Firebase or Cloudflare. Android apps ship as signed bundles through Google Play. We pick well-supported tools on purpose, so someone else could maintain your software later.
Yes. Crew phone apps, job checklists, photo capture and forms that work offline and sync when the truck gets signal are all in scope, and they can connect back to the portal and CRM your office already uses.
Maintenance is a monthly retainer. It covers monitoring, security and dependency updates, operating system and store policy changes that force app updates, bug fixes, and a set amount of small feature work each month.
The scoping call is free, the proposal is fixed-scope, and there is no pressure to go ahead.
