Common issues

My game won't open - what should I do?

First, force-close the game and reopen it. If it still fails, restart your Android device, then check Google Play for an update. If the problem persists, clear the app's cache in Settings, Apps, then the game name, Storage. Still stuck? Email support@forgedev.studio with your device model and Android version.

Why did my scores or progress disappear?

Progress is stored on your device, not on our servers, so it is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its storage, or switch to a different phone. There is no cloud save to restore from. If progress vanished without any of that happening, email us with your device details.

The game runs slowly on my phone - can I fix it?

Each game measures your device at startup and lowers its visual detail automatically to protect the frame rate. If it still stutters, close background apps, disable any battery saver mode, and make sure the game is updated. Older or budget phones will run at a lower detail level by design.

There is no sound - how do I fix game audio?

Check the in-game sound toggle first, then your phone's media volume, which is separate from ringer volume. Silent mode and Do Not Disturb can mute game audio on some Android builds. Bluetooth headphones that are connected but idle also swallow sound - disconnect them and try again.

Do Wireframe Arcade games work offline?

Yes. Every Wireframe Arcade title runs fully offline once installed - no internet connection is needed to play, and no sign-in is required. Your scores and unlocks are saved on your device. Advertising, when it appears, is the only part of the app that needs a connection.

Are the games free?

Yes. All ten published Wireframe Arcade titles are free to download and free to play on Google Play. There is no paywall, no subscription, and no energy timer that stops you playing. The games are supported by advertising, and any in-app purchase is entirely optional.

Do I need an account to play?

No. Wireframe Arcade games ask for no account, no email address, and no sign-in of any kind. Open the app and you are playing. Your high scores, coins and unlocked items live on your device only, which is also why they do not follow you to a new phone.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@forgedev.studio and include four things: your device model, your Android version, the exact game name, and what happened right before the problem. A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot. We read every message that comes in and reply as quickly as we can.

  • Device model - for example, Pixel 8 Pro or Galaxy A15.
  • Android version - Settings, About phone, Android version.
  • Game name - the exact title, such as Falldown 3D.
  • What happened - what you did, what you expected, what you got.
