Why bolt-on, not replace
ServiceTitan and Jobber already have great schedules.
Forge Dispatch is the conversational layer on top of the FSM you already pay for. We are not trying to compete with the dispatch board you already trust.
We respect that you have already paid for ServiceTitan or Jobber. Those platforms are excellent at the structured work: drag-and-drop scheduling, route optimization, invoicing, payroll. They are not designed to spend the day on the phone with your customers and crew.
That is the gap Forge Dispatch fills. Forge does not replace your FSM. We make the part it is not great at, the constant hum of phone calls and texts, go away. Your dispatcher stops triaging "what time is the truck coming?" and starts running the day. Your crew stops getting interrupted by customers checking in. Your after-hours line stops dropping reschedules into a black hole.
If you are on Jobber or HouseCallPro, the bolt-on installs in days, not months. If you are on ServiceTitan or Workiz, same story. The FSM keeps the schedule. Forge keeps the conversations. If you do not yet have an FSM and the schedule itself is the bottleneck, the managed tier owns the dispatch board end to end.
